On Saturday we had a table booked for 7.30 we arrived on time then we waited and waited then we got a drink asked the waitress to take our order only to be told she was not aloud to take orders.
We waited again for our order to be taken from the time we arived it was 1 hour 20 mins befor the food arived at our table.The food was fine the waiting spoiled the evening we asked a waitress what the problem was she told us 2 cheff had left and we had a new one.When we orderd desert another waitrees told us the delay was because the customers had all arived together.Our friends were not impressed and we felt sorry for taking them to your restaunt. Look forward to your reply.

I recently came to the restaurant and had a wonderful meal! The food was excellent and the staff were helpful and extremely friendly! I will be coming back soon!

having previously had great times at your restaurant and recommended so many people to you, was amazed at how things had changed upon my last visit!
had to beg to ask for a proper table after you had doubled booked us, even though we booked well in advance
then had 3 seperate drinks orders go wrong
prices had risen a lot since last visit only 3 months before
after asking to be put in the mian room because it was an aniversary and not antign to be disturbed by children, you then put a very loud party next to us that stopped all conversation on our table because we could nto hear a thing about the noisy lot and kids at both ends of the room, yet there was an empty family room at the front
is it right to allow kids to have blaring dvd players playign in a restaurant??? i dont think so and i didnt appreciate the smarmy look on the owners face when leaving
you wont be getting our custom again and will tellign all those i recommended not to bother if they want a relaxing time in a once top place to eat
get your act together people, you have a good thing going !

I undertstand that you have booked the Celtic sensations Hot Rats for your St Patricks night bash...This band are astonishing and the fiddle player Ian Cutler will leave you stunned.
I would recommend everyone to book early as I know 16 seats have been reserved immediately they heard about it.
Looking forward to it again this year as last year was a blast. !!!

We were in the restaurant on February 6th as well. Arrived at eight o'clock and the server informed us the kitchen was "backed up" and that rather than take our orders, she would like to wait for 10 or 15 minutes - and we were fine with that explanation. As a result, we were happy, the food was good, and actually we were the last to leave. Had a really nice evening, but I understand Sue's comments below; it would have been a different story if the waitress had not informed us of the wait.

Visited on Saturday 6th February. Table booked for 7pm myself, husband and two grandsons aged 8 and 5. Arrived early, seated straight away. Too another 10 minutes to place and receive our drinks. Finally ordered meals at 7.17 (according to the bill). Burgers for hubby and the kids, steak for me. Meal finally arrived at 7.55 by which time the kids were starving and the drinks finished. Needless to say I was on the point of walking out. We ate our meals which were good. We then waited another 10 minutes with no further action. Although the kids deserts were included in their meals we decided to quit while we were ahead and have desert at home. At least we were sure of getting it and at a reasonable time. When paying the waitress asked if everything was ok. I informed her no and told her why. Her excuse - the burgers take a while to cook. Rubbish, they do not take 40 minutes. I will not be frequenting this restaurant again. And if asked would not recommend it to anyone.

my husband came with my son for a meal, he was very disappointed with the steak asked for medium and blood was oozing out. waitress took it away and bought it back, not much better but he couldnt be bothered to complain again as my son had nearly finished. when leaving was asked if everything was ok and replied not really it was awful and waitress just said oh. would be interested to get response from owner/ manageress please
